MICHELIN GUIDE DINING SERIES 2019 1st EDITION
Congratulations to Mrs. Pakakorn Nutithawat, a lucky person who had joined an exclusive quarterly event of the first edition of the MICHELIN Guide Dining Series 2019 under the theme "A Day in Bangkok" which was took place on Tuesday, 2 April, at Saawaan (1 Michelin star).
By the way, Chef Sujira “Aom” Pongmorn (Chef de Cuisine and Owner, Saawaan) also used Benja Chicken, a premium ingredient, to create the elaborate menu “Marinated Grilled Benja Chicken, Prickly Ash, Red Chili Relish” which was served at the dinner.
