Under “THE JAPANESE INFLUENCE” atmosphere which represents Japanese style dinner on October 9th 2019 and has been horned by chefs from two 1-Michellin star Hans Zahner from Elements who had been work with many Luxury Restaurants and Dan Bark a Korean chef and owner of Upstairs at Mikkeller.
Together created special menus with selected ingredients like Benja Chicken 100% Natural, Foei gras, Norwegian Langoustine, Ora King Salmon and the outcomes were spectacularly interesting 7 courses under japan surroundings.
